Pre-Marriage Course: Philosophy, Perceptions & Growth

This is an extensive seminar for single Muslims, as well as newly engaged and newly married couples: The first half of the course examines the philosophy of marriage and the changes of perception of the concept of family over the last century. We will further look at the understanding and perception of marriage as presented by Islam and the clear objectives outlined by faith with respect to it. In the second half, we examine the practical considerations to take for spouse selection, barriers that can exist in this process, and also become familiar with the concept of growth in marriage relationships.
